这是一份可以直接丢进 AGENTS.md 的系统提示词，专门给 Claude Code、Codex、opencode 这类编码 Agent 用，解决的是同一个老毛病：模型动不动就加免责声明、说教、拒绝后还补一句「我可以给你一个弱化版」，或者在长对话里越聊越保守。它把提示词写成一份「宪法」而不是任务清单，规定角色、能力边界、安全策略、拒绝处理和会话纪律，核心思路是只在真正会造成具体、可预见伤害时才拒绝，其余一律按原始规格执行到底。比如问安全攻防问题它按从业者深度回答而不是上课，写创意内容不会自己把强度调低，长会话中立场不漂移。适合经常调教 Agent、受够了过度谨慎输出的 AI 工程师和重度 AI 编程用户，普通只用 AI 写写代码的人关系不大。
